Through our local partners we are able to arrange volunteer placements - bringing needed skills to local communities, and offering volunteers a chance to immerse themselves in local culture for a unique life experience.
Our partner schools are committed to transforming kids from some of the poorest backgrounds into young entrepreneurs - which means you can get involved with creating school businesses and pick up new skills in areas like organic farming as well as helping with regular educational activities!
Placements are currently available in the following locations:
The village of Ondati is located in one of the poorest regions of Kenya. Schools are few and far between in the area, which makes it particularly hard for girls to access education.
The Ondati community has come together to open up opportunities for the girls by setting aside land and collecting the materials needed to start a simple secondary school for girls.
This programme is a great oppertunity to help continuing the great work already undertaken at Ondati, whilst helping the school achieve 100% sustainability.
