Vacancies: Programme Support Fellows x2 (UK & Overseas)

We are launching a new Fellowship Scheme and looking to hire 2 fellows on an 18-months contract, of which 6 months will be in our London office and 12 months at an overseas placement in a developing country.

In the UK the Fellows will support the Programme Managers in a wide range of activities including running international competitions on enterprise development in schools, organising conferences and events, producing communication materials, supporting with fundraising, M&E and project management.

Overseas the role will be defined by the partner with which the Fellows will be working for, but will most likely focus on building local capacity in business planning and management. Fellows will benefit from an ongoing in-house training program with weekly sessions covering a wide range of skills applicable to a career in international development.

The role is expected to suit graduates with some prior overseas and UK experience in international development, as well as more experienced professionals from other sectors looking to transition into this field. Successful candidates will have a positive can-do attitude, plenty of initiative and will be prepared to take on a wide variety of tasks.
