Kick Starting A Revolution In Education
A wise old Chinese man once
said “Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day,
teach him how to fish and he’ll eat for life”…
or possibly it was Mr Miyagi. Either way, we believe that
education is the real key to changing the world.

The snag is that poor countries are poor(!), and that education is expensive. But does it
have to be? It’s about time education started
paying its own way!
Basically, when we teach people how to keep
bees for honey - they produce honey, and lots of it! Then
when the honey’s all been sold - if we’re doing
our job right, that is – there’s money to maintain
the hives, and enough to cover the teaching.
And the clever part is that
because this approach is financially sustainable, once
an initiative’s up and running, it just runs,
and runs, and runs, and runs, and… well, you get
the picture!
The big idea is that when schools
start teaching all subjects in this way, they can carry
their own costs and
offer a higher quality education - no fees, no irregular
government support, no reliance on overseas aid.
How We Work
We're working hard to take our revolution to the world.
1. We're telling everyone we know what a
good idea it is, and hoping they'll like us enough to tell
their friends
