Registration Fees

Registration fees are as follows:

• Payment on arrival - $280
• Payment on arrival with copy of flight ticket sent in advance – $250
• Payment in advance (online or credit card) - $250

*As a practical alternative, participants not able to pay by credit card can enjoy the advance discount rates by sending a digital or hard copy of their flight ticket to TeachAManToFish. This must be received by October 16th and be accompanied by a completed registration form.

**Advance payment of the registration fees must be paid by credit card in USD (United States Dollars) via the TeachAManToFish website – click here. 

In addition to covering costs of participation, the registration fee includes all meals included in the conference program, and transport to/from airport and between accommodation and the conference venue.

Participants will need to be able to cover their own travel and accommodation costs. A wide range of accommodation is however available close to the venue with options to meet most budgets. - for more informations see venue & travel.

Payment on arrival
For registered delegates wishing to pay on arrival, payment in cash (Rand, USD, Euro) or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) will be possible.

Note: In the event that the conference is over-subscribed preference for places will be given to participants paying in advance.

Note: Participant numbers for this conference are strictly limited. To reserve your place and have first choice on accommodation close to the conference venue you are advised to register as early as possible. The deadline for registrations is October 18th 2008.

You will be provided with confirmation of your application and payment upon submission.

Registrations can be submitted at any time up until the start of the conference, however priority for conference places & accommodation choices will be given to those who register first.

For participants registering in advance but who intend to pay on arrival, please send flight details to helpdesk@teachamantofish.org.uk by October 18th at the latest in order to confirm your place and ensure accommodation is reserved for you.

Confirmation
An e-mail confirmation of registration and successful payment will be sent to the email address entered on the form. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received in writing (via mail or e-mail) before October 1, 2008 will be refunded 100% less a USD 50.00 processing fee. For cancellations received after this date the registration payment will not be refunded.

Grants & Bursaries
TeachAManToFish is currently unable to provide grants or bursaries to delegates or presenters for travel or accommodation. We encourage you to seek funding from other sources.
