**Coach and flight schedules mean delegates attending Education That Pays For Itself 2009 will need to travel from Quito to Yachana on Monday December 7th and return to Quito on Friday 11th, making a total stay of 4 nights. If you are unable to be present for the full conference, but are still interested in attending, please contact the Conference Helpdesk for further assistance.

Making Your Payment

All participants must pay the Advance Payment Due (above) immediately after submitting their registration form. If we have not received your payment within 10 days of receiving your details we will not be able to guarantee you a place at the conference.

For participants who choose the Payment Arrangement 1 (I will reserve my place now, and pay the registration fee online by credit card - accommodation & local travel must still be paid, either in full or in part, in advance of the conference), the deadline for accommodation and local travel payment is November 20th 2009.

Note: Letters of invitation in support of visa applications can only be issued once part payment for the conference has been made.
