GROW BIOINTENSIVE: An Introduction
Monday 3rd December: 10am – 4pm
GROW BIOINTENSIVE is the small-scale, organic, food-raising system developed by Ecology Action (California, USA) which is in use at the San Francisco Agricultural School. The method emphasizes not only how to produce organic food, but also how to assure long-term soil fertility. Its design involves using the smallest spaces possible to produce a wholesome, complete diet, and compost materials for soil fertility, and to generate a modest income. Find out more about this sustainable approach to small-scale agriculture and how it could benefit you in this one-day intensive course.
