Exhibition Opportunities 

Why exhibit?
Running an exhibit at the conference is a great way to publicize your organization’s work, products and services to other delegates. It can generate sales and contacts as well as offering a direct opportunity for feedback from other delegates.

What to exhibit?
The choice of what to exhibit will vary from organization to organization.  Books, brochures & leaflets on an organization’s work are typical examples, along with materials for signing up for future mailings etc. Given the entrepreneurial profile of delegates however, it would also be a perfect chance to display and sell items produced by Financially Self-Sufficient Schools from around the world.

Exhibit Opportunities  
In order to provide exhibitors with maximum exposure, exhibits will be located where the majority of conference activities will take place.  Each day, participants will pass by exhibits on their ways to panel and breakout sessions, as well as coffee breaks, providing ample opportunity for exhibitors to interact with them.

Exhibit Fee

• $100 – developing country delegates
• $200 – non-developing country delegates

 Each exhibitor will be provided with:

• Skirted table (standard size 30” x 72”)
• Acknowledgement as an exhibitor and a listing of your products and services in the conference program  (only where advance payment has been made)
• The entire space available to exhibitors, including the table, is 6 ft x 6ft. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring table top displays and stands. (Please note that the conference center does not permit signs to be hung on the wall).

Registering to exhibit
Delegates wishing to exhibit at the conference should include details in the appropriate section of the registration form. Fees can be combined with advance payments, or paid on arrival prior to the start of the conference. Exhibition space will not be allocated until fees have been paid.

Note: Any additional individuals assisting with the exhibit must register for the conference

Advertising Opportunities  

Advertising in the Conference Program is a great way to raise your visibility and promote your product or services to conference attendees who will include international development practitioners, funders and professionals in education, and youth entrepreneurship. Another great way to promote your organization is to provide a product sample, promotional item, or brochure as a conference bag insert.

Delegates wishing to advertise in the Conference Program should include details in the appropriate section of the registration form.

NB: Advertising space can only be assigned to delegate who have paid in advance.
